Pretty in Pink

Flower up at the View Point Inn on the edge of the overlook staring west down the Columbia River Gorge.

Hopefully I've not posted this before. Things are hectic for me at work this week and my family just left town from their visit, so I wasn't able to post until this afternoon. Apologies!

Vista This

This was taken last fall while the leaves were changing. As you can see there's still plenty of evergreens up here. This is the Columbia River Gorge and the building on the jutted out part is the Crown Point Vista House. Part of the scenic highway, it was built in 1916.

It's Gorgeous

About 25 miles from Portland is Multnomah Falls. This is a photo of the Columbia River Gorge from the hike up to the top of the falls.
